Successful Closing Reception

Thank you so much for your support and thanks to those of you who came out to celebrate with us last night for the closing of our First Annual Everett Community Art Walk! Many thanks to our artists, business owners, sponsors, volunteers, community partners, the Mass Cultural Council, and Everett Cultural Council for everything you have all done to help make this event a success. We couldn’t have done it without you!

I’d like to reiterate that I meant every word of what I said last night. I do feel passionately that just because we don’t have dedicated arts spaces in Everett doesn’t mean the people here don’t deserve great arts experiences. And I’m committed to helping foster those experiences from any and every angle where they may arise. This also means that I’m dedicated to fostering connections among local artists across city lines, and breaking down barriers for the arts and artists of all disciplines.

If you would like to stay connected with us and help with this work feel free to:

To those of you who made donations last night, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your contributions help us keep on keepin’ on for Everett and our lucky neighbors who get to share in the arts love from our programming.

And if you were hoping to make a contribution last night but were hampered by our inability to accept card payments, never fear! Here is the link to our Donorbox site. Thank you for your contributions, and we look forward to providing future arts-based programming that helps activate the local creative economy here.

And lastly, this was a very small operation with an even smaller group of board members who made this all happen. If you have a desire to be involved in future planning, future events, in a board of directors capacity, advisory board capacity, or have other resources/ideas to share, please feel free to reach out. Here at Integral Arts Everett, we are dedicated to continuing the important work of beautifying our city, engaging our residents, providing vital arts programming, and contributing to that vibrant, thriving, and interconnected arts community that I wished for when I created my piece "Wishing Wall for Everett" back in July 2018.

Love and Art,
